Quiet is a comforting, soothing, relaxing solace.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Your ears and various sound-deadening items (i.e., earplugs, dark room)
WHEN TO DO IT: If you find yourself battling that headache or feeling irritable - because of the noise around you.
WHAT TO DO: Lets spend the next week listening to the sounds around us several times a day..
Note and eliminate the noises that bother you.... soothing music, closed doors, mask noises by replacing them with calming tones, water fountain, wind chimes, a book, a glass of wine with pleasant conversation
