WHEN 2 DO THIS: when u are tense, dissatisfied, when u just cannot remember the last time you got a good nights sleep, relaxed, or ate a healthy meal!

- I getting daily or weekly spiritual nourishment Now I must remember that these are not questions 2 make myself feel guilty...
I jus need to remember to make sure I am doing little things 2 take care of myself!
