Then in Paris is the Rodin museum, housed in a charming place where he lived and worked. The grounds are so beautiful--rose gardens, statues, cool places to sit. And the house itself, is French architecture at its best. Gotta rent the movie, "Camille Claudel". It's well done and will give you some background...although, who knows how much of it is true. It does give some background on the building--which has been lovingly restored.
Then we return to the Louvre, we were sure to see Napoleon's apartments again. Those rooms are over-the-top beautiful and fab! There is a great place for lunch at the Louvre--a restaurant that has outdoor seating over-looking the square below. It's in the Richelieu Wing...very small..I don't know the name. If u see it - stop in - even ICED TEA is spectacular in the ambiance of it all!
