Double Baked Potatoes

6-8 medium russet potatoes 1/4 cup cream cheese
½ cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teas. garlic powder
1/2 teas. onion powder
1/2 teas. salt
4 T. butter
Paprika

Peel, cube, cover with water and boil potatoes until tender.
Drain water from potatoes.
Mash potatoes with 3 T. butter, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and salt mixing well.
Put in greased glass dish. Sprinkle liberally with paprika and dot with remaining 1 T. butter and cheddar cheese..

Preheat over to 350. If potatoes are refrigerated, then bake for one hour. (Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes and uncover for the remaining time.)
If potatoes are room temperature bake covered for about 10 minutes and uncovered for about 30 minutes.
