A daily update of "Positive Points of View".

God, grant the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,

the wisdom to know the difference.

ENJOYING .... 'old'

Yes, I am the one that has lived long enough to have my hair turn gray,
and to be smart enough to cover it!

As I get older, it is easier to be positive, I care less about what other people think and BEST OF ALL I don't question myself anymore. Yes, I have earned the right to be wrong!  "I like the person I have become."

I will not waste time agonizing over what could have been or worrying about what will be.
This year I will force myself to see
that
I’m just happy 2 – B – ME !

  1. Wise words! I said pretty much the same to my daughter the other day! I am old enough not to care about what others think!

  3. Oh Dianna!! What a treat to be invited to view your blog. Life is such a journey and I am blessed to have come through many "adventures" whole and healthy and self sufficient. My greatest joy are my children. Casey and Samantha are such amazing people and so much smarter than I at their age. I have become much more political in my older age. I think its because I want to preserve and foster a future for my children and unborn grandchildren (if any). I am so happy that you are content and happy with yourself. You were always a joy to be around. Have a wonderful 2010. I hope our paths cross again.
PS I got a new camera at Christmas. Nikon D90. I am going to have lots of fun taking pictures!! Love, Cindy
